Our Level 1 classes are our most popular ones. In this classes you find a first encounter with practises of bringing oneness and consciousness back to the mind breath and body unit and to trigger a deeper understanding about this unit. With this in mind, visiting this classes you aren meant to grow slowly into it with each visit, regularity is very important for success. Postures are taught with respect for correct physical alignment and physical limitations for healing and strengthening. Don’t hold back asking questions by sending an email.
(BC) This time slots are reserved for the Beginners Course, You learn step by step what you can expect by attending a level 1 class and get familiar with the contents of these classes. Deepening of the awareness for mind breath and body unit, postures are lead so you can continue to deepen your understand about the relationship of this unit. Pranayama or control of life force practises are being taken further, Kriya’s to take the lead over our existence are being introduced.
Countless studies show that Yoga for children helps to reduce stress and deal with aggression. Yoga helps children to become more confident, relaxed and it helps with sometimes school related fear, depression, eating disorders, ADHD and trauma. It improves the ability to concentrate, cognitive thinking as well as social skills.
Yoga for children is also a program to improve motor skills. It has proven that children who practise Yoga learn to relax and also use this techniques self motivated in every day life.
Students are looked after in the Level I Classes as well as the Beginners Course. This level provides a safe practise for women during this beautiful & challenging stage of life.
