The Classes
General Information
Prana Yoga’s Beginners and Level 1 & 2 classes are taught with Iyengar Yoga alignment. Classes are sometimes dynamic vinyasa style and sometimes focus more on holding postures in a steady way leaning on Iyengar Yoga structures. Classes can also incorporate Hatha yoga and Kriya Yoga techniques and the principals of Ashtanga (the eight limbs). All classes offer the development of a deep breath awareness and breath education.
Classes run throughout the week and suit all levels and stages of life including beginners, general to intermediate practitioners; pregnancy/post–natal; seniors; children; and corporate classes on request.

Private Classes
Beginner/Level 1 (Beg/L1)
Private tuition is available on request at the price of $100 dollars per session (75 minutes). For more information open the sub menu “private classes” here sub menu classes
Our Level 1 classes are our most popular ones. In this classes you find a first encounter with practises of bringing oneness and consciousness back to the mind breath and body unit and to trigger a deeper understanding about this unit. With this in mind, visiting this classes you aren meant to grow slowly into it with each visit, regularity is very important for success. Postures are taught with respect for correct physical alignment and physical limitations for healing and strengthening. Don’t hold back asking questions by sending an email.
Beginners Course (BC)
(BC) This time slots are reserved for the Beginners Course, You learn step by step what you can expect by attending a Beginner/Level 1 class and get familiar with the general contents of these classes. This course is not an obligation in order to visit Beginner/Level 1 but is giving a little basic understanding for it. The date of the next Beginners Course can be found: click here
Level 2 (L2)
Deepening of the awareness for mind breath and body unit, postures are lead so you can continue to deepen your understand about the relationship of this unit. Pranayama or control of life force practises are being taken further, Kriya’s to take the lead over our existence are being introduced.
Yoga for children
Countless studies show that Yoga for children helps to reduce stress and deal with aggression. Yoga helps children to become more confident, relaxed and it helps with sometimes school related fear, depression, eating disorders, ADHD and trauma. It improves the ability to concentrate, cognitive thinking as well as social skills.
Yoga for children is also a program to improve motor skills. It has proven that children who practise Yoga learn to relax and also use this techniques self motivated in every day life.

Pregnancy / Postnatal
During pregnancy Yoga is very valuable to look after your well being and the one of your baby. Beg/Level I Classes and the Beginners Course are pregnancy friendly classes. This levels provide a safe practise for women during this beautiful & sometime challenging time in life.
Yoga with Cancer
This block of classes are sponsored by the Cancer Council WA and are held 2 times per year for 6 weeks each block, please contact the cancer council for more information here
