Currently she is teaching at Prana Yoga Perth under the guidance of Andrea Ushananda Morava, she volunteers to teach Yoga for Mercy Care to the Refugee community
” It has been in times of my greatest need that yoga became much more than a practice but a way of life and also a refuge. I believe that yoga allows us to go inwards with compassion to see where we are resisting a naturally peaceful state in our experience. The practice of yoga helps us to see where we are limiting or selves in our habits and beliefs to ultimately find our true freedom and joy. My hope as a teacher is to spread the love for yoga, you can learn a lot about yourself and others by regularly coming to your yoga mat.”
